VISION & MANDATE OF TERREQUITY CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION
Terrequity Children’s Foundation was incorporated in 2008 in order to create a vehicle for everyone at Royal LePage Terrequity Realty to raise funds to assist children in the Great Toronto Area.
The Foundation exists to help children become productive, self-sufficient and contributing members of society.
We are a registered Canadian charity and, within our incorporation mandate, we contribute to other registered charities in Canada, specifically those that distribute funds and services to children in need. We have made contributions to medical, educational and recreational organizations around the GTA.
The Foundation also provides an opportunity for the people of Royal LePage Terrequity Realty to be personally involved in the communities they serve in the real estate market.

The People of TCF
Terrequity Children’s Foundation is the expression of the Sales Representatives, Admin Team & Management of Royal LePage Terrequity Realty. The Foundation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

The Board convenes to ensure the Foundation operates consistent with Revenue Canada policies and maintains a fiduciary duty to ensure funds are donated consistent with the Vision & Mandate of the Foundation.
Sales Representatives & Management
Over 500 Royal LePage Terrequtiy Sales Representatives, Admin Team and Managment contribute financial, administrative and volunteer support to the workings of the Terrequity Children’s Foundation. Eligibility Criteria
Please use the check list mentioned besides to see if your organization is eligible for a donation or grant from the Terrequity Children’s Foundation. If you have questions, please contact us for clarification.
We apprecite your support in respecting that we do NOT provide support to advocacy groups, lobbyists, political parties, for operating fund usage, for most capital projects, religious institutions/schools/organizaitons, conferences, congresses, major fund raising ummbrella organizations (ie, United Way, et al), fraternal organizations, organizations that exclude any segment of the population.
